Wild Thyme

Wild Thyme is a member of the Labiatae family, which also includes the Mints, It originated in Europe and Asia Minor and was once common throughout Britain, but is now mainly found on dry, old grassland and most common in the north and west. It produces charming evergreen groundcover with a creeping habit. Its aromatic leaves are used in cooking.
